Well done to pupils in Ms. Davern's Realtaí class who learned all about trees today. It was part of National Tree Day which is organised annually on the first Thursday of October by the Tree Council of Ireland.
Primary schools around the country are invited to spend the day learning about trees and to appreciate and enjoy the planet we all live on.
The campaign promotes trees and the vital part they play in our environment.
