Well done & thanks to the Power family and friends for another hugely enjoyable day today at the Ger Power memorial tournament. As usual it was so well organised.
All players got lots of game time. Both our A and B teams did really well, with the A team loosing out to a fantastic Hospital team in the final.
A special shout out to Michael Sheehan and Harry Finnan who won individual trophy's for their outstanding displays.
It was a strange occasion for the 3 Mr Kearneys who worked with 3 different schools. (Well done to Junior with Glenbrohane National School who won the B competition)
Yesterday both our boys and girls played in the Cumann na mBunscoil competition and again our boys lost by just 1 point to Herbertstown. The girls played great hurling but also lost to Herbertstown.
